Shipping and handling charges are only inclusive of the FEDEX shipping cost to deliver the package to your home.
FedEx SmartPost typically adds 1 or 2 additional days to shipping time.
We do not currently ship outside of the continental USA.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
Our packages are sent Monday through Friday via UPS. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Standard UPS ground delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
CAN I REPLACE OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
Each product is uniquely different and one of a kind. That's the beauty of a handcrafted item. However, if you are not satisfied with purchase, you can replace or exchange it within 2 weeks of receiving your product. Turnaround time for exchanges and replacements is usually 2 to 3 weeks (including shipping time) if the item is in stock.
Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take up to 5 days to post on your account. Exchanges and replacements will be treated as new orders; shipping and handling charges apply.
